Returns and Exchanges Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're thrilled with your order. If you encounter any issues, such as fabric defects or sizing problems, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery. Please note that our return policy covers these specific concerns only.
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item without providing a reason. Ensure the return shipment is sent within these 14 days.
Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
Note:
- Sale Items: Refunds are not available for sale items. These can be exchanged for another item from our collections.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by courier and country.
Return Processing Time: We process returns within 10 working days of receipt in our warehouse. If you request an exchange, we will expedite the process to ensure it’s completed within a few days. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a notification. Please note that refunds may take up to 3 days to appear on your bank statement.
